Lotus Biscoff Boozy Hot Chocolate Float

Thick and creamy hot chocolate, poured over our Bourbon Salted Caramel ice cream… with a dollop of Lotus Biscoff’s caramelised biscuit spread… ohhhh yes! A winter favourite for those cosy movie nights in. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 600ml your choice of milk
  • 140ml double cream
  • 120g dark chocolate
  • 20g chocolate for serving
  • 2 tbsp lotus biscoff spread 
  • LiQ Bourbon Salted Caramel ice cream
This is how you make it
  1. Add milk double cream & chocolate to a pan. Bring gently to the boil, and whisk until smooth.
  2. Add 2 or 3 scoops of Bourbon salted caramel to a mug
  3. Pour hot chocolate over the top
  4. Add dollop of lotus biscoff spread & chocolate shavings
