Bourbon Salted Caramel
Lotus Biscoff Boozy Hot Chocolate Float
Thick and creamy hot chocolate, poured over our Bourbon Salted Caramel ice cream… with a dollop of Lotus Biscoff’s caramelised biscuit spread… ohhhh yes! A winter favourite for those cosy movie nights in. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 600ml your choice of milk
- 140ml double cream
- 120g dark chocolate
- 20g chocolate for serving
- 2 tbsp lotus biscoff spread
- LiQ Bourbon Salted Caramel ice cream
This is how you make it
- Add milk double cream & chocolate to a pan. Bring gently to the boil, and whisk until smooth.
- Add 2 or 3 scoops of Bourbon salted caramel to a mug
- Pour hot chocolate over the top
- Add dollop of lotus biscoff spread & chocolate shavings
